The EPFL campus is equipped with 18 catering options that offer a variety of food.


The restaurants:
Offer specialty dishes and snacks at lunchtime and in the evening.

The cafeterias and snack bars:
Offer specialty dishes at lunchtime and simple hot food, bakery goods and snacks throughout the day.

The cafe-bars :
Offer pastries, snacks and drinks.

Grocery stores and take-away food stands :
Offer necessary items, bakery goods, and food to take away.


There are also various vending machines with food and drinks dispersed all over campus.

The direction of UNIL and EPFL has decided to answer the needs of all students and to synchronize the system. From now on, the students (including PhD students) from EPFL, under request, can eat at their UNIL neighbours whilst taking advantage of its student prices. And visa-versa.
